Deepak serves as a mentor to and promoter of HealthBridge leading overall strategy, visioning and conceptualization of breakthrough business models. Prior to HealthBridge, Deepak was Vice Chairman, Oracle Financial Services and CEO, iFlex India. He was the first Indian CFO to win the prestigious CFO Asia award.
Shailesh Gadre
Shailesh is the Chairman of HealthBridge and is responsible for developing and driving HealthBridge’s business strategy. He is also the Managing Director of our associate company Stemade. Prior to HealthBridge, Shailesh was the Managing Director of ORG IMS responsible for strategy development, portfolio restructuring and alliance building for major pharmaceutical companies. Prior to IMS, he worked at Nicholas Piramal (now Piramal Healthcare), leading the post-merger turnaround and integration of an acquired company.
Shailesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.
Pramod Lele
Mr. Lele is the Chairman of HealthBridge Advisors and brings in extensive experience in business strategy, change management and Healthcare Operations. Prior to HealthBridge, Mr. Lele served as CEO of PD Hinduja National Hospital & Medical Research Centre and drove the transformation of Hinduja Hospital overall performance, establishing it as a leading hospital in the country. He has also been the Chairman & Managing Director of Park Davis India Ltd., Executive VP of consumer business at Johnson & Johnson and a Director at Wyeth Ltd.
Mr. Lele holds a Bachelor"s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, a Bachelor"s Degree in Law from Mumbai University, and is a qualified member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India and Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.
